Ms. Foulides has been a brokerage professional since 2000 starting her career at RS Silver Enterprises, a New York City based boutique firm Her retail, office and industrial assignments were throughout the boroughs of NYC. In 2005, RS Silver Enterprises merged with
Prudential Commercial Real Estate where she worked the Stamford and Greenwich institutional market. Victoria later joined Lincoln Property Company as a commercial real estate broker in the Tri-state area.
In June 2017, Ms. Foulides joined KW Commercial as a Director of Commercial Brokerage and Development specializing in retail, office, industrial and development. She is responsible for retail and office leasing activities within the New York City Tri-State suburban area and selective properties in the boroughs of Manhattan.
She is also involved in the development of retail and office user requirements, location selection, lease negotiations and construction management projects as they relate to the approval process.
Ms. Foulides attended and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University and Thomas Edison College. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and an active member of the ICSC.
