Octavio is a native of Portugal who speaks Portuguese, Spanish and French. He has also lived in Canada, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and California. A graduate of the Technical School of Viana do Castelo in Portugal, Octavio has a BA in electronics. He has a varied background in general electronics, hotel management, and as a middle and high school teacher. Octavio became interested in real estate during the years he spent as a property manager. • A Realtor since 1994 and a member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and former member of the Meadowlands Board, Octavio also has a broker’s license. He was named to the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club from 1999 through 2004, achieving the Bronze Level award and 2005-6 Silver Level award. He was also in the previous company president’s club. • Married with three children, Octavio and his wife are from the same hometown in Portugal.
